Summary
This series of 4-H lessons helps youth in grades 4–8 build healthy habits, confidence, and respect for themselves and others. Topics include self-confidence, manners, handwashing, personal hygiene, dental health, and skin and sun safety. Hands-on activities, games, and simple science demonstrations help students practice everyday skills, understand how hygiene affects health and relationships, and make choices that support well-being at school, home, and in social settings.
