Summary
The publication summarizes research on U.S. consumers' perceptions of PFAS and PFAS alternative treatments for use on disposable dinnerware and to-go containers. A total of 1,304 U.S. consumers participated in the survey. Results are applicable to the molded dinnerware, restaurant, food service and grocery industries as they consider future product and promotional strategies to engage end customers.
