Summary
An intermediate 4-H leadership project that builds practical skills for leading groups and managing projects. Youth practice stress management and goal setting, learn basic project and conflict management, and strengthen collaboration through planning and community teamwork. The project develops active listening, meeting facilitation, time management, and presentation skills, including creating tools to help others improve communication. Activities also focus on decision-making, motivating others, setting attainable goals, and recognizing how leadership choices affect people and communities.
