Summary
An advanced 4-H citizenship project focused on community leadership, service-learning, and long-term impact. Youth work with others to assess local needs, map community assets, and create an improvement plan, then organize projects and collaborate with community leaders and organizations. The project also builds cultural awareness through interviews and local events, encourages global learning opportunities, and strengthens reflection skills by planning debrief activities. Participants explore future involvement and careers connected to government, public service, culture, and heritage.
