Summary

Thanks to the interactions between food ingredients not only we make food taste better, but we can also experiment with new flavors, colors, textures, and techniques. By learning about food chemistry, we can turn basic ingredients into extraordinary and enjoyable foods. This activity utilizes group discussions to help students understand the science behind fizzy lemonade. It also aims to have students work together, or in pairs, to create fizzy lemonade.
