Summary
A college and career readiness unit that helps students plan for life after graduation by setting goals, building teamwork skills, and mapping a path to graduation. Lessons guide students to create SMART goals for study habits, work with peers to set and achieve a shared goal, and review required courses and current performance to set short-term improvement targets. Designed for a 45-minute class period with ready-to-use lesson plans and handouts aligned with Tennessee standards.
