Chapter 5: Estate Planning Tools
If you have questions about this resource, contact your county Extension office.
Summary
A good estate plan includes a will, durable power of attorney, and advanced care plan and health care agent. It ensures a person's wishes are carried out in case of disability, death, or disability. Other tools and documents are covered in the workbook, but the complexity of estates cannot be fully covered. To ensure your plan includes all necessary components, you should hire an attorney who has additional training and experience in estate planning.
