Summary
A 2019 impact report on the University of Tennessee MANAGE program, which teaches farm business skills in budgeting, marketing, recordkeeping, taxes, and financial planning. Reports more than 32,000 educational contacts, 99 completed farm financial plans, and 280 educational meetings with over 11,000 participants. Highlights outcomes including dairy benchmarking cost savings, income tax training for professionals, cooperative beef cattle marketing gains above state averages, recordkeeping workshops, and a multi-state webinar series supporting better farm decisions and reduced financial stress.
